Photographer's Interests
1. Time and Schedule
- Punctuality is crucial. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with a commitment to zero-cost rescheduling.
2. Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is due immediately after the shoot. Deliverables will only be provided once payment is received in full.
3. Portfolio Rights
- We retain the rights to use images and videos for our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate contract.
4. Artistic Freedom
- We reserve the right to artistic expression and creativity during the shoot. This includes the use of props, poses, and editing styles.
5. Right to Refuse
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to non-cooperation, inappropriate behavior, or unreasonable demands.
Client's Interests
1. Experience and Quality
- We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, ensuring high-quality images and videos.
2. Value for Money
- Our packages are designed to offer value for your investment, with clear deliverables and no hidden costs.
3. Right of Cancellation
- Clients can cancel the session; however, the deposit is non-refundable. Full refunds are only provided if the cancellation is made by us.
4. Shoot Location
- Clients can choose the location for the shoot, be it outdoor, indoor, or at their residence. Any additional costs for location permits or travel are the client's responsibility.
5. Exclusive Rights
- If clients desire exclusive rights to the content, they must request a separate contract. We reserve the right to refuse or charge extra for exclusive rights.
Service Life Cycle
1. Booking
- Contact us via our website or phone to discuss your requirements.
- Confirm the booking by paying the non-refundable deposit.
2. Pre-Shoot Consultation
- We provide guidance on attire, makeup, and shoot details.
3. Photoshoot
- Attend the session at the agreed time and location.
- Full payment is due immediately after the shoot.
4. Post-Production
- Allow us the necessary time to process and edit the photos and videos. Rushing this process may impact quality, and clients who do so waive the right to quality complaints.
5. Delivery
- Digital files and prints will be delivered once the full payment is received.
- Delivery times vary based on the scope of work and will be communicated during the consultation.
Additional Terms
1. Digital File Policy
- Once digital files are transferred, they cannot be revoked. Full payment is required before delivery of any digital files.
2. Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided for cancellations made by the client after the shoot.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring timely communication.
- Any changes to the shoot plan should be communicated well in advance.
4. Legal Compliance
- Both parties agree to comply with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred during the shoot due to circumstances beyond our control.
